London Street Academy is a private application for students to track their lessons with a teacher. Access is limited to registered users managed by the teacher.

The App may be used by students under the age of 13. We take the following measures to protect younger users:
- Data collected from users of any age is used solely for app functionality and account management.
- We do not transmit advertising identifiers, device serial numbers, or precise location data for any user.
- Data is never shared with third parties for advertising or profiling purposes.
- Data collected from children is never sold.
Parental rights: Parents and guardians may request to view, correct, or permanently delete their child's data at any time by contacting us at merhaba@biberdijital.com. We will process such requests within 30 days.
Accounts and data deletion
User accounts are created and managed exclusively by the teacher. Users cannot create or delete their own accounts within the app. To request account deletion or removal of associated data, users or parents must contact their teacher directly, or reach us at merhaba@biberdijital.com. All data associated with a deleted account is permanently removed within 30 days of the request.
Data security
All data is encrypted in transit over a secure TLS connection.
Data retention
Account data is retained for as long as the account remains active. Upon deletion by request, all associated data is permanently removed within 30 days.
